A zip-up sherpa hoodie with a second zip down the middle. Open it and the front folds out into a lined pouch that holds the baby against your chest, under your own jacket. Close it and it is an ordinary fleece hoodie.

How it works
The outer zip opens the jacket as normal. The inner panel unzips to make the pouch, and the flap folds back over the baby’s back so the fleece is against them rather than the wind. When you are not carrying, the panel zips flat and nothing about the jacket looks unusual.
What it is not
It is not a baby carrier and it does not hold the baby’s weight. You still wear your own sling or carrier underneath — this goes over the top of it and keeps the two of you warm. We would rather say so here than have you find out on a cold morning. Do not use it in a car seat, and do not zip it over a sleeping baby you cannot see.
Size and fit
Sizes S to XXL, cut loose so it goes over a carrier. The chart on the last photo is measured on the garment, not the body: a size S measures 110 cm around the chest, XXL 126 cm. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — there has to be room for the baby. Measure before you order: we do not exchange for a different size. The chart is there so the decision is yours and not a guess, and a jacket that has been worn cannot go back into stock.

Fabric
Faux lambswool fleece, thickened, with a drawstring hood and two side pockets. Machine wash cold, do not tumble dry: the pile flattens.
