Refund policy

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we make it right. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If there is a problem

Write to info@utilitymasters.shop within thirty days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the problem. We reply within one business day. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, because a parcel with no instructions cannot be matched to your order.

What we do about it

You get a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. In most cases you keep the item and there is nothing to ship back. If a return is genuinely needed, we pay the return shipping.

What is not covered

We do not take an item back because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong one, or no longer need it. Every product page states the size, what is in the box, and what the product does and does not do, so you can check before you buy. If a page turns out to be wrong or unclear, that is our mistake and we treat it as a problem with the order.

Refunds

Once a refund is agreed we issue it within 14 days, to the payment method used for the order. Any shipping you paid is refunded with it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge until the order has shipped. Write to us as soon as you can: most orders leave within one to two business days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom

Consumer law where you live may give you a right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of delivery, without giving a reason. Nothing on this page removes that right. If it applies to you, write to us and we will tell you how to return the item.
