Terms of service

These terms govern your use of utilitymasters.shop and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Utility Masters. By placing an order you agree to what is written here.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email with your order number. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery address. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and errors

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in — US dollars in the United States, euro or pounds elsewhere — and the amount you pay is the one shown at checkout. Taxes, and any duties collected at checkout, appear there as separate lines before you pay. We try hard to keep prices and product information accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the error.

4. Payment

Payment is taken when you place the order. We do not store your card details; payment is handled by our payment providers.

5. Shipping

We ship to the United States and to Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are prepared within one to two business days. Orders shipped from the United States warehouse normally arrive within three to seven business days; orders shipped from our supplier's warehouse in China take longer, typically six to twelve. Shipping is free within the United States; for every other destination the cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

6. Returns

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within thirty days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. If you are shopping from the European Union or the United Kingdom, your local consumer law may also give you a right to withdraw within fourteen days of delivery, and nothing here removes it. 7. Products and images

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including its size and weight. Photographs are representative: colours can look different on different screens, and some images are supplied by the manufacturer. If what arrives is not what was described, tell us and we will make it right.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to copy its content for your own commercial use.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout and original images on this site belong to Utility Masters. Product names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Where we say an item is compatible with another brand's product, that is a statement of compatibility only: it does not mean the item is made by, or endorsed by, that brand.

10. Warranties

Items are sold as described. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we do not give additional warranties. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time, lost profit or damage caused by using a product in a way it was not intended for.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Nothing here removes the protections you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
