Utility Masters is a small online store, run from Verona, in Italy. We sell one kind of thing: objects that fix a small, specific problem in the house, the kitchen, or around a pet.
How we work
We do not manufacture anything. We pick products from suppliers, check what they actually ship — the box contents, the weight, the real delivery times — and then write the product page around what arrives rather than around the marketing photos. When something is not included in the box, the page says so before you buy.
Where orders ship from
Orders to addresses in the United States ship free, from a warehouse in the United States.
We also ship to Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Those orders leave our supplier's warehouse in China and take longer to arrive. The delivery estimate and the shipping cost for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay, and each product page states the delivery time for that item.
If something goes wrong
If a package arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within thirty days of delivery: send your order number and a photo, and we replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Every product page states the size, what is in the box, and what the item does and does not do, so you can check before you buy — and if a page turns out to be wrong or unclear, that is our mistake and we treat it as a problem with the order.
