The cold gets in at the hands first, and the glove that keeps it out is usually the one you have to take off to answer the phone. These have conductive pads on thumb and index finger, a fleece lining, a wind-resistant shell and a short zip at the wrist. Black or grey, S to XXL, one pair or two.

What they are, and what they are not

They are for a cold commute: a bike, a scooter, a dog walk, a bus stop. They are water-repellent, not waterproof, and there is no heating element and no battery — if you want heat put in rather than kept in, our rechargeable hand warmers do that and fit in the same pocket. Sizing runs close to the hand: if you are between sizes, take the larger one.

Shipping

These ship from Asia. Most orders arrive in 5 to 11 days.

It ships free, and it ships fast

Every order ships free inside the United States, tracked. Part of the catalogue sits in a US warehouse and arrives in three to seven days. The rest ships from Asia and takes six to twelve days. Every product page says which of the two it is, before you buy.

Chosen for one reason

Everything here solves a problem an ordinary house actually has. If a product only looks good in a photograph, it does not make it into the shop.

A person answers

Write to us and you get a reply from someone who can do something about it. If an order turns up damaged or wrong, we make it right.

Utility Masters exists for the things nobody plans to buy: the one that saves ten minutes, the one that makes a room louder, the one that makes a stranger laugh. We find them, we check them against what actually turns up in the box, and we send them from here.
